Sarah Rafferty

Sarah discovered her love for acting while in Prep school. The drama teacher who she was with caught her cutting across his lawn to try not to miss field hockey practice he told she to not practice and be part of the cast in Richard III and thus began her love affair with acting. Sarah was inspired to further her acting abilities by choosing an academic double major in Hamilton College in English and Theater. The theatre she was studying also in London as well as Oxford during her junior year. Her passion for learning about the arts was encouraged by her parents. Her mother was the Chairwoman in the English Department at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Greenwich CT and her father an accomplished painter. The talent she had and the training earned her a place in the world of television. Samantha Who?, Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? and many other TV shows have included her. Without A Trace CSI Miami Bones feature film, as well as numerous stage shows, including Four Single Fathers Falling For Grace and As You Like It. Sarah's work as an actor on TV is complemented by her role as an ambassador of the Alzheimer's Association. She speaks frequently on the subject.
